Every year, the Committee on the Evaluation of Ministry administers a survey to take the “Pulse” of the Congregation. This survey asks participants to rate how well ERUUF is doing in specific areas and to provide open-ended feedback on areas that are going well and areas that need improvement. In 2017, the Pulse also included two questions that asked how ERUUF should respond to the current political climate. A total of 194 ERUUFians responded to the survey in 2017. This report summarizes the findings from the Pulse and is used by the Board, staff, and the congregation to improve our work.
