Exploring Spiritual Practice: Grieving

Saturday, April 3, 9:00 - 10:15 am, Zoom

Martin Pretchel writes that "grief is what living beings experience when who or what they love dies or disappears." This past strange year so much has disappeared, and so many have died unexpectedly. There are lots of resources on the emotional and psychological necessity of grieving. This morning we'll explore what it might be like to grieve as a spiritual practice, and why we might choose to do this. What might the spiritual work of grieving contribute as a gift to others and the world? All are welcome!
