 opment Team designed to help to ensure your meetings fulfill your group's 
 mission and honor its covenant while aligning with ERUUF's mission\, Strat
 egic Plan\, and our UU Principles. It will also offer guidance on how to m
 ake meetings more engaging\, collaborative\, and results-oriented. We will
  share a variety of strategies for planning and facilitating meetings\, an
 d provide participants with opportunities for practice and application. We
  will also explore the role of individual self-awareness and self-manageme
 nt as it relates to group health\, efficiency\, and effectiveness. To assi
 st in our planning\, we ask that you please register by September 12. Last
