DESCRIPTION:Current and emergent ERUUFian leaders are invited to the upcomi
 ng leadership development offering\, Transforming Conflict from the Inside
  Out: An Ongoing Process. This workshop is part of our emerging\, Leadersh
 ip as a Transformational Path series\, and will be relevant for both those
  who attended our first Transforming Conflict workshop and newcomers. In t
 his workshop\, we will explore UU leadership\, interpersonal conflict\, an
 d transforming conflict from multiple levels\, beginning with the self and
  moving outward into our interpersonal relationships\, teams/groups\, ERUU
 F culture and systems (e.g.\, strategic planning\, policies\, formal proce
 dures). We will also consider the foundational role our membership within 
 our covenantal communities of ERUUF and our UU faith tradition can play in
  guiding and supporting our efforts. The format will consist of short pres
 entations\, activities\, reflections\, and application exercises. Members 
 of the Leadership Development Team (Joy Birmingham\, Steve Hall\, and Deni
 se Frizzell) and their staff partner\, Rev. Deborah Cayer will serve as fa
