  • E-News goes out at 7am on Friday mornings.
  • The deadline to submit is 12pm on the Wednesday prior.
  • Announcements received after the deadline may be delayed until the following week.
  • Announcements should not run longer than 3 weeks, and will end after the date of the event (if applicable). 
  • Please send all changes, updates, or cancellations to .
  • If changes are needed, we will be in touch. 
  • You do not need to submit the same entry multiple times.
