A hybrid cooking class/cooking demo by Vegan Chef Kevin Nesnow. Chef Kevin will guide you through hands-on preparation of a vegan meal in class. For those dishes that need to be cooked, Chef Kevin will demonstrate the cooking process, and you will take your prepped food items with you to cook at home. By the end of the class/demo you will have learned how to cook a delicious, easy vegan meal. Samples of the completed dishes will be provided, and everyone will be invited to share a light meal and conversation at the end of the class.

This is a partnership offering between the ERUUF Earth Justice Ministry and North Carolina Animal Advocates United.
