Discovering the powerful connections between body, mind, and spirit can reveal new levels of resilience within us. The capacity to self-regulate, in a healthy way, is one of the most important life skills we can learn. There are practical exercises that can enable us to respond and reset in the face of everything going on in the world. In this class we will engage practices to help reset the body, balance the emotions, and renew the spirit.
