In 2017, a Special Campaign for Campus Needs was held with the goal of retiring ERUUF's remaining mortgage debt and establishing a reserve to care for our campus. The campaign was a huge success and led to the creation of the Campus Needs Fund, a reserve set aside to cover major campus repairs and enhancements.

As part of the process of maintaining this fund, the Board of Trustees ordered a facilities study, conducted by the firm of Giles-Flythe, to provide a twenty year assessment of all campus repair needs and associated costs.

The study has been completed and the Board would like to share the results with you, answer any questions you may have, and have some deep discussion around maintaining this fund in to the future.
