Spiritual Practice for Justice Makers: Self-Care and Spiritual Practice
Making our wellbeing a priority is important, especially as we actively engage the difficulties of our lives and times. When is self care needed and what makes spiritual practice different? On this Saturday morning, we'll explore the distinctions between the two and the necessities of both.
About the Series
In these sessions that take place on the 3rd Saturday of each month, we set our hearts on an intention as we allow spiritual practice to nourish our desire for personal and social transformation. However you "make justice" in your life, you're invited to join us for this time of reflection and renewal.
This experiential class is led by Rev. Jacqueline Brett. All are welcome. Please register by 5:00 pm on the Friday before class to receive the Zoom link for the class.
