Board News: UUA Article II Commission
From ERUUF's Board of Trustees: UUA Article II Commission
Important Information and Opportunities for Engagement
The by-laws of the UUA require that every 15 years Article II be studied and potentially revised. Article II is the section of the UUA bylaws that serves as the home of our Principles and Sources, the UUA’s Purposes, our Inclusion clause, and Freedom of Belief Statement. In 2020, the UUA established a Study Commission for this purpose. The Commission is now seeking input and engagement with member congregations, according to this Charge.
Board Finance Update - March 2022
Following the exuberant Congregational Meeting to call Reverend Brett, the Board got down to business and held a Finance Forum on Sunday, February 13th. The goal was to connect with ERUUFians about where we are financially, how we have both thrived and struggled in the face of many challenges, and to discuss how to move into the vision of possibilities that lay before us. What does it look like to move out of this pandemic-era contraction and into a time of growth? Slides from the presentation are available by clicking this link, and we encourage all members and friends to review them.

Board News - December 2021
December 17, 2021
Thanks to all who attended the finance forum last Sunday. We are so looking forward to getting to see more and more folks over the coming months. It has been a long pandemic and the ERUUF Board of Trustees is eager to connect!
As the Board reflected at our retreat earlier in the year, two things were obvious: we are in a time of great transition as a congregation and we need each other. And so, ERUUF’s Annual Vision of MInistry was born: A Year of Connection and Change. While these ideas might feel a bit at odds, this vision conjures for me the image of our joining, hand in hand, and moving as one towards a great new adventure.
