UU Wellspring is a program for encouraging meaning making and deepening for Unitarian Universalists. Each participant is part of a cohort that meets together to reflect and interact about their lives and Unitarian Universalism. Our hope is that participants deepen both individually and in community while engaging and building connections with other UUs at ERUUF.

NOTE: This group will continue into 2027-2028. Sessions in the next year will be scheduled being mindful of attendees and facilitators availability.

The Sources Cohort group will reflect on the Sources of Unitarian Universalism through a “head-hands-heart” framework. This framework looks at each source through the lens of knowledge, the lens of it’s application in life, and the lens of spiritual or existential questions that may arise.

Required books for Sources:

  • Everyday Spiritual Practice: Simple Pathways for Enriching Your Life, Scott Alexander, editor.
  • Heartwood: The Art of Living with the End in Mind by Barbara Becker.
  • Let Your Life Speak by Parker Palmer.

Optional books for Sources:

  • Voices from the Margins edited by Jacqui James and Mark D. Morrison-Reed
  • To Wake, To Rise: Meditations on Justice and Resilience edited by Rev. William Sinkford.

All classes need at least six people registered.
