The Theory of Change Committee (ToCC) is asking all members, friends and staff of ERUUF to complete a survey that will allow us to assess the extent to which ERUUF has made progress toward our goal of having ERUUF be the spiritual home for people of all races and an effective voice for racial justice in Durham and beyond.

ERUUF presents Shana Tucker: Lightwork

Experience Lightwork, the final concert of Shana Tucker's Fall 2025 Artist Residency. With her signature blend of voice, cello, and storytelling, Shana invites us to reflect on what it means to carry, share, and to be light—with curiosity, courage, and a childlike spirit—even in turbulent times. This free concert welcomes all ages, especially children, to gather in community and celebrate the power of music to illuminate and uplift.

Featuring: Matt Reid - piano and Stephen Coffman - drums

The ERUUF (Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship) Latin American Migrant Action Group is hosting an Immigration Justice Weekend on November 14-16, 2025, in coordination with the Community Church of Chapel Hill UU and Judea Reform Congregation of Durham. The weekend will feature Cristosal, a Central American NGO whose mission is to defend human rights and promote democratic rule of law in Central America.

Important—someone or a bot has been impersonating an ERUUF member with a duplicated and fake email address, which ultimately leads to a request for money via gift cards.

Please check the "from" line in any emails claiming to be from ERUUF ministers, staff or even members. Note that this can also occur via text, Facebook or other message.

People at ERUUF will not ask for you to get, give or send gift cards.

If ever in doubt, do send an email directly to the minister or staff member in question at their ERUUF email or to to ask whether we've sent what you've received. Or feel free to call us. Most often, hearing from you is the first way we become alerted to impersonation taking place.

Under no circumstance should you directly respond to any such emails or messages. Err on the side of caution. Unfortunately, it is not unusual for the hacking of accounts or phishing scams to become more widespread at any time of year.
